Complaints

Do you have a suggestion or tip that can help us improve our holiday offer or our services? We would like to hear from you. You can also always contact us if you are less satisfied or have a complaint. Would you prefer to do this directly on site? Then we can help you immediately where possible. If that is not possible, we ask you to make your complaint known to us in writing within two weeks of departure.

In order to be able to properly assess all suggestions or complaints, we will send you a confirmation of receipt as soon as we have received your complaint. In order to be able to properly assess the complaint, we will inventory whether more complaints of the same nature are received. If there are more complaints, they will be assessed by one employee. In this way, we ensure that everyone is treated in the same way. Although this approach takes a little longer, we believe it is the most fair way.
