Domaine des Messires is a small-scale campsite in the middle of nature. Here you will find plenty of peace and quiet – with enough opportunities for action. The campsite is spacious and is located on a lake surrounded by forest. A number of camping spots border right on the water and from other spots you look out over the lake. You can walk all the way around the lake, but of course you don’t have to. You can also immediately flop down on the sunny sandy beach.

Environment
In the beautiful nature of the Vosges you can walk to your heart’s content and – if you want – climb. If you prefer to watch other climbers at work, go to the Monkey Mountain in Kintzheim. The monkeys will eat out of your hand. In the beautiful half-timbered town of Colmar you will find the Unterlinden Museum. It is difficult to say what is more beautiful: the world-famous art collection that you will find there, or the setting: a breathtaking medieval monastery.
Facilities
At Domaine des Messires, nature offers you a lot. Water first of all. Young and old can cool off in the clear lake. You can sail or cast a fishing rod. Fun activities are organised for children in the summer. Fox hunt where everything is pulled out of the closet. Many activities take place on the water and in bad weather in the playroom. At the restaurant you can enjoy local delicacies. The beautiful terrace on the water makes your meal complete!
